LOUIS XIII International Innovation & Sustainable Development Director

In line with group’s strategic vision, the LOUIS XIII International Innovation & Sustainable Development Director defines the Brand assortment roadmap, and build a consistent innovation and core-range development strategy, while securing the brand sales developement and brand DNA.

Missions:

• Manage the 5 YEARS innovation calendar to make sure it is relevant, delivered on time while being aligned with the strategic vision of the brand.
• Define “the LOUIS XIII way” of being bold, visionary and sustainable, and manage LOUIS XIII core range and innovations accordingly.
• Incarnate the brand and ensure perfect communication across all markets, Paris office, Cognac production & development site and the Cellar Master.
• Ensure that all tools are developed to reach yearly objectives (volumes, turnover, profitability…).
• Work closely with all key markets to ensure that the global strategy is deployed into all brand plans.
• Build a motivated and high performing team, manage to deliver the brand strategy, whilst also developing team capabilities in line with personal development plans for individuals.
