As part of AMEI CIS Financial team, you will be in charge of controlling, analyzing & the reporting for AMEI CIS markets.
Your role will be to help developing the business in support to your direct report, to ensure consistency of sales forecast and to deliver a level of analysis on financial data
Responsibilities
•Sales:
In coordination with the sales & customer service, consolidating and monitoring Gross sales to Net Sales and identify risks & opportunities.
Consolidation of Depletions / Shipments / and analysis of stock. Depletions / Shipments forecasting within the BUD planning process.
•A&P:
Follow up advertising and promotions investment. Consolidating the A&P forecast on a monthly basis and analyzing variance vs Actuals.
•Reporting/Budgeting:
In charge of the monthly reports preparation and load in the ESSBASE of all financial data forecasted
Consolidation of Sales and A&P reports during the budget process, providing a first level of analysis
•Others Projects:
Participate to ad hoc projects with Marketing team or Area Managers
Profil recherché
•You have around 2 years of experience in commercial finance,
•You will bring a good knowledge of SAP and Essbase,
•You have a take-charge personality with strong analytical and synthetic skills,
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Your English is fluent
