Wholesaler management

Monitor Wholesaler’s sell-in, sell-out and stock level.

Leverage Wholesalers ‘resource to strengthen the co-op among outlet /wholesalers/brand.

Build up positive relationship between Wholesaler and RCT.

LS channel development

Develop and implement LS strategies and plans to achieve distribution, merchandising and sales objectives within agreed budget level.

Identify key outlet and build up long-term partnership.

Builds brands’ visibility in off-premises by whole range list-in, product display and POSM.

Collaborate with marketing team and BA to execute actives that increase product awareness and consumption for end clients.

Maintain effective relationships with influential outlet owners.

Understands the competitive landscape.

MOT channel development

Develop and implement MOT strategies and plans to achieve distribution, merchandising and sales objectives within agreed budget level.

Builds brands’ visibility on-premise by hosting mass appeal social events (e.g. guest shift, master class), encouraging trial (e.g. promotional offers), and assisting with large scale events/leveraging local PR (bar show, bartender competition…)

Collaborate with marketing team and BA to execute actives that increase product awareness and consumption for end clients.

Maintain effective relationships with influential staff members, including bar owners, bartenders

Understands the competitive landscape and is always working to gain competitive advantage though creative menu placements (cocktail ) and brand events.

Collect market intelligence

To implement CRM/SMT based on the Company’s guideline and ensure the quality and accuracy of all data/info collected

To monitor and report market intelligence of direct and indirect competitors’ activities including pricing, promotions, visibility and personnel changes to the management

To provide efficient feedback to the management on all relevant trade information

To explore new potential outlets for further development of the Company’s core brands

Execution Management

To ensure all promotions are carried out efficiently and effectively within the timeline and budget set by the Commercial Manager and the Company;

To ensure both the Quality and Quantity of any promotions set by the Company: Quality means Visibility built and Execution effectiveness; Quantity means Volume achieved and Outlets coverage/participation of the promotion

Profil recherché

Good Chinese & English (preferred) communication skills

15 years in Spirits, Beer, Tobacco or FMCG

Knowledge of imported spirits
