We are looking for a GTR Brand Manager (BDCL Brands & Cointreau) based in Singapore.

You are the internal gatekeeper of the annual brand plan and strategy for the GTR channel. You will also be responsible for developing the assets needed to deliver the business and brand objectives in partnership with the regional teams in order to contribute to the group’s ambition to be “The Leader in Exceptional Spirits”

Your main objectives are :

Responsible for all aspects of brand planning and activation concept development
-Translating & implementing brand strategy in TR
-Developing TR specific assets and toolkits for brand activation in TR
-Drive CRM & E Com (Malts), Sampling (Cointreau & Botanist) + Social Media & SEO
-Awareness across portfolio

Day to Day Brand Management (included, but not limited to)
-Working with regional trade marketing & commercial team to implement brand initiatives
-Working with retail team on education and visual merchandising guidance and concepts
-Monitor and tracking sell out performance for respective brands
-Allocation management
-Ad Hoc business analysis

Setting brand strategy and key lever Annual Budget Preparation

Feedback on channel, category and client insights to brand teams to influence future planning and
project development

Profil recherché

-Degree in marketing or equivalent

-3 to 5 years of FMCG/CPG Marketing experience

– Good foundation knowledge and experience in brand, product marketing

-Able to translate strategy into execution

-Creative problem solver

-Attention to detail and analytical

-Strong project management skills

-Team player and good communicator

-Client Centric Mindset

-Comfortable with VUCA

-Operational experience in Social Media, SEO and/or E Commerce management

-Strong business acumen and brand P&L management.
