The International Brand Manager will contribute to the global brand strategy elaboration and be responsible for its deployment through key projects (general brand management, innovations, communication, activation and education) and market relations.
Key activities:
1.General Brand Management
- In collaboration with the Executive Director, contribute to define the brand strategy and implement it in markets.
- Supports the Executive Director in internal processes (MTP, Budgets, Brand Reviews, etc.).
- Develop market knowledge and understanding thanks to continuous competitive review and analysis.
- Manage properly the A&P on the projects he/she is leader.
- Manage properly levels of stocks (POSM, slow-movers).
- Market management: ensure coordination between global team and markets on all topics.
2.Innovation & development
- Lead New Products Developments incl. limited editions, packaging evolutions, new variants.
- Ensure feasibility, costs, on-time delivery, working with all other departments ((R&D, purchasing, customer service, finance)
- Lead POSM and merchandising development projects.
3.Activation, communications & digital
- Define and implement global digital strategy (website, social media). Develop relevant assets. Engage and support markets.
- Define and implement global trade PR strategy. Develop PR assets. Engage and support markets in PR implementations.
- Coordinate internal and external educational projects.
- Lead development of on and off-trade activations.
Profil recherché
Must-Have:
- 3 to 5 years marketing experience
- Including digital skills and experience
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable with Pack office
