IT DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW:

A position within our IT department has become available.  The position involves working as part of Bruichladdich Distillery supporting the Glasgow and Islay teams.  You will oversee the management of all IT Digital activities, to support the various business units in their digital development for the Bruichladdich Distillery, reporting to the IT Manager.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• IT Digital Project Management
  • Management of projects lifecycle within the IT Digital landscape (with an agile project delivery), from
  • IT Digital roadmap and budget definition
  • Best practices implementation
  • Follow and drive group projects rollout
• Business partnership
  • Act as the main IT Digital point of contact across the company and within various business units
  • Act as a pivot between the central IT digital team and the local business units to ensure visibility of local projects at a group level, and to identify global opportunities that can be used locally
  • Capture local IT Digital needs by working closely with the various business units
  • Business stakeholder communication and reporting
• Innovation & Opportunities
  • Have a market and technology watch in order to anticipate future evolutions and identify business opportunities
  • Bridge the gap between the various teams (applications, infrastructure, data) to ensure the delivery of best-in-class solutions, across the whole IT and business landscape
• Organization & Management
  • User and admin documentation as well as user training on all projects
  • Manage the relationship with external partners
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
