Member of the IT Department, you are accountable for Service Management through EMEA.
Responsibilities
- As the IT Service Management Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for service management through EMEA region,
- You provide dedicated support to our employees concerning IT incidents,
- You are also in charge of the expertise, training and technical support for software and roll-outs,
- You ensure rigor to follow IT security open items,
- You are responsible of the forum coordination and animation to ensure optimum usage of digital assets,
- You ensure continuous improvement of Service Desk documentation, processes, methodologies and KPIs,
- Your scope includes Telephony, Devices, Cloud, Software Deployment, Roles and Accesses (Active Directory and Office 365), Offices infrastructure, Digital Solutions, Licenses management
- In projects, you contribute and lead activities in relation with your duties
- A part of your role is to manage EMEA regions IT Service Desk providers and associated contracts.
Profil recherché
- You have a minimum of three years of IT support experience in Service Desk,
- You have strong organisational and interpersonal skills,
- You are Client/Business and results oriented,
- You have ability to work with autonomy, rigor and capacity to develop and self-develop IT skills within the team,
- Ideally you have an understanding of ITIL principles,
- Fluent English
