Private Client Director, LOUIS XIII

Based in Malaysia and reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the relationship with High Net Worth Individuals to drive the sales and distribution of the assigned brand. He/She shall oversee the sales and marketing strategies to infiltrate High Net Worth Individuals and constitute a sustainable network through prospecting end-consumers via existing platforms and networking. He/She shall organise events and establish partnerships with other luxury companies to build brand awareness.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with direct clients;
  • Lean on key prestige on-premise (bar, restaurants, hotels) with your clients to create traffic;
  • Organize and manage brand events to be attended by key clients;
  • Generate incremental sales volume as a result of the above actions;
  • Prospect and educate end-consumer through existing platforms and networking;
  • Create and execute high profile events targeted to showcase the brand to the target audience;
  • Design and organize joint or singular events with other luxury companies such as dinners and tasting by using and leveraging his/her networks;
  • Perform public relations for Remy Cointreau Malaysia and being the “the face of LOUIS XIII”;
  • Develop and work closely with fostering agents and wholesalers;
  • Leverage CRM program to build relationships & engagement with existing CRM client database and drive sales;
  • Manage press and PR coverage;
  • To plan and collaborate with Head of Marketing on budget and recommend marketing activities.

Profil recherché

  • Graduate degree with extensive experience in sales and marketing, and at least 5 years’ relevant experience in consumer products/luxury brands managing high net-worth individuals;
  • Proven track records of achieving and exceeding sales targets;
  • Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, highly driven an energetic;
  • Results-oriented: ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; proactive team player and self-motivated;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster a strong network of relationships;
  • Able to manage stakeholders and prioritise effectively;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin & Chinese Dialects.
