We are looking for a VIE:
Operations Analyst
For a period of 18 months, based in New York and a start on September 1st, 2025

Rémy Cointreau seeks a motivated and data-driven individual for an VIE assignment with our Operations team. In this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team across various data-focused tasks and gain valuable hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and systems.
The main responsibilities will be in:
- Data & Systems:After initial training, you’ll become familiar with our data and reporting systems like SAP and PowerBI, and you’ll learn to leverage them efficiently for analysis and reporting.
- Process Improvement:Proactively you’ll identify and suggest improvements for efficiency gains in daily tasks related to supply chain planning, and you’ll build Power BI reporting
- Supply Chain Support:You’ll assist and provide backup for key Supply Chain activities such as VAP project tracking and material master data management.
- OTC Support: You’ll assist and provide backup for key Order To Cash activities such as LE/VAP item allocation management, daily sales order reconciliation, and sales order entry
- Reporting Support: You’ll assist and provide backup for Excise & State Tax reporting functions
- Data Visualization & Recommendations:You’ll utilize PowerBI to produce insightful data visualizations, helping to draw conclusions and make data-driven recommendations.
Profil recherché
PROFIL:
- You are current enrolled, or you completed (in) a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably with a focus on Operations, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field
- You have excellent communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and analytical skills
- You have a proactive, client-oriented, and eager-to-learn attitude
- You have strong written & verbal communication skills
- You have a data-driven orientation, you have strong interest in data analysis and using quantitative approaches to solve problems and identify opportunities.
