Marketing Director France/Benelux

As Marketing Director of Benelux & France you will oversee the marketing strategy definition of France and Benelux Brand portfolio (including RC brands and NG brands), in collaboration with the Maisons and Non-Group brand Owners and building and executing the yearly brand plans. You will be responsible for managing and driving the Marketing and Brand Advocacy teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for establishing the brands strategies / initiatives based on Maisons and Brand Owner guidelines, market insight, company priorities to grow the business & match ambition.
  • Contribute to the building of the 3-5Y plan with Managing Director, and Finance Director.
  • In charge of building and managing the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget for all the brands: allocate the right amount and right split per type of expenditure by brand according to strategy.
  • Manage and Coaches a team of Brand Managers to building and executing the yearly brand plans (incl ATL, BTL, promotion, education and advocacy ) to be delivered in due time to relevant parties (sales teams, NG brand teams, agencies, etc…), by brand, by channel, with customer facing elements when relevant: delivery of guidelines, distribution strategy, assets, NPD launch plans, organization of events, tailor made activations, etc…
  • Together with the Commercial Director and Finance director and following Maison/Brand Owner guidelines, supports the Pricing Strategy of the market covered.
  • Responsible for the media & PR strategy, KPIs, execution and evaluation of the relevant brands with the proper Media / PR /event agencies.
  • The Marketing Director commissions, analyses the relevant research to follow the market, trends, assess & monitor the performance of RC Brands and of its activations, Ad hoc studies (U&A, price elasticity, Ad & promotion performance..) and recommends relevant action plans.
  • Key person of contact to a variety of stakeholders, amongst which Non-Group Brand Owners for which we organize the distribution in The Benelux (execution, and NG Brand Owners that distribute our largest brands in France (inspiration, benchmarking, guidelines)
  • As MT member, contribute to the development of the company and nourishes its ambition to makes RC “ The most inspiring, sustainable, premium W&S company in France and the Benelux Region”.

Profil recherché

  • You have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional Marketing/ Sales experience, including at strategic & international level (Spirits, luxury or FMCG industry) with a successful people management experience,
  • You will bring leadership drive and attitude: client centric and result driven
  • You are creative, engaged & passionate: conquering & fighting spirit
  • You are structured: knows how to lead a team, structure and prioritize workload (Management of multiple brands required).
  • You are strategic, analytic, data oriented, good financial understanding
  • You have a good experience / knowledge of Media, social media, digital campaign & analysis.
  • You have excellent communication / presentation skills verbal and written
  • You have an afinity with luxury / Premium brand sensitivity
  • IT Skills: Microsoft Office
