Mission 1:
Contribute to develop, implement and execute the PR and communication strategy (objectives, guidelines, media relations and influencers programs…) across all media & platforms
Conceive the global annual PR calendar and implement it with markets
Develop and produce impactful and creative communication tools and brand content for all channels, off-line & on-line (press releases, related materials, events, digital (website and social media), CRM)
Mission 2 :
Support and develop local PR plans with local teams and gather their needs and insights
Build our brand awareness & desirability through strong relationships with relevant influencers
Manage Barbados visits for Media, press, selected trade partners
Support the Executive Team on CSR communication and other corporate topics
Mission 3 :
Support on the delivery of brand campaign extensions and ensure its implementation by providing guidelines and media training
Define and ensure Mount Gay consistent and homogeneous tone, look and feel among all communication supports and channels
Mission 4: Monitor and analyze media coverage on a regular basis ; Manage media inquiries and interview requests ; Manage PR budgets, deadlines, and schedules ; Manage the PR & Communication assets DB, updates and rights

Experience in PR & Communication in fast growing spirits brand / viral & digital / lifestyle
A strategic, disruptive and creative mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong writing, presentation and relational skills
Team player who works well among a diverse team
Accurate and detail-oriented
Out going personality and ability to act as a brand ambassador
Ability to work autonomously
Good technical skills in communication tools
English : native or 100% fluent
