- Experience in sales in FMCG, preferably experience in Sales in the Alcohol industry
- Understanding of sales process dynamics
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and instil trust
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs and close deals
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment and multi task
- Having previous management of HORECA channel and F&B experience including high level cocktail knowledge would be advantageous
