Responsible for providing financial insights, driving business performance, and supporting strategic decision-making processes within the organization. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, department heads, and executive leadership to provide valuable financial guidance and analysis.
- Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis tasks for GTR APAC regions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Follow up with key operational and financial action plans to support the improvement of the group’s performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams when necessary.
- Develop and implement financial models, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and business insights to support key stakeholders in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with business partners to analyze investment opportunities, assess ROI, and support capital allocation decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and providing financial guidance on business initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial planning and analysis, incorporating relevant knowledge into business strategies.
Profil recherché
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, or a related role.
- Extensive experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other relevant tools/software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a high level of attention to detail
