Supply Chain Manager

At Rémy Cointreau UK and as a Supply Chain Manager, you will ensure the operational implementation of the overall strategy, validate action plans.

You will also define and continuation of warehouse and transportation tender.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Customer Service, Supply Planning, Demand Planning (volume), Logistics and Master Data functions ensuring agreed service levels are delivered within budget and group targets are achieved with regards to inventory purchasing and management,
  • Manage the third party logistics provider ensuring service and commercials are delivered in line with the contract, act as escalation point and hold quarterly face to face and monthly performance reviews,
  • Finalise and implement the planning of the tender for our warehouse and transport business needs, which will be concluded with a new 3 year contract.
  • Logistics budget management: Analyse, monitor and control all logistic performance and pro-actively identify and address the key contributors if over budget,
  • Drive the group’s volume forecast project within the UK – prepare and analyse the forecast accuracy each month, identify and highlight key areas for improvement, issue reports to KAMs, prepare SFC slides and ensure engagement from all key stake holders.
  • Take full responsibility for compliance with HMRC processes– ensure our WOWGR is updated, SEED checks carried out, warehouse is declaring duty correctly, SAP set up with correct duty status etc.
  • EDI implementation: Work with the IT Manager to implement and test new EDI customer set up,
  • Play an important role within the management team which will involve cross company projects and discussions,
  • Be involved in ad hoc projects.

Profil recherché

  • You have a proven experience in a similar role in supply chain acquired in FMCG,
  • You have a strong people management experience,
  • You will bring your good knowledge of SAP (order management, planning,  reporting and master data functions),
  • You have a client & business oriented mindset,
  • You will show strong analytical and synthetic skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

12 months fixed term contract
